Returns
Since most items are made-to-order we cannot accept returns. If your item came to you, and it's damaged or not the item you ordered, we will gladly accept the return and send you a replacement of equal value. Since we take care in packaging all items, they shouldn't arrive damaged. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 4 days of receiving it for us to be able to correct the mistake.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and be in the original packaging. You must reach out to T & G for refund approval prior to mailing your refund. We will need a picture of the damaged item and packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Digital files are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. If there is an error on our part, contact our shop and we will make every effort to correct our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at the email above.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will NOT be included in your refund. In some situations, T&G may cover the cost of return shipping. Prior approval is required.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you do not purchase tracking for your return, T&G can not be held liable if it gets lost in transit. If you do purchase tracking and your return is lost, you will need to contact the carrier to submit a lost package claim.
